“Time, time, time
See what's become of me
Time, time, time
See what's become of me
While I looked around for my possibilities” Simon and Garfunkel
I will share all sort spoof possibilities in this broadcast
A Merry Christmas to all the teachers that are celebrating at this time of the year. I am reminded of this beautiful medley of Alma Qees - an E-Talent winner in 2021

Optimism is in short supply at the moment yet I still feel optimistic.
Speaking for myself, I am an optimist - it does not seem to be much use being anything else. ~ Winston Churchill
He goes on to say. The positive thinker sees the invisible, feels the intangible, and achieves the impossible.
~ Winston Churchill
On a cold winter morning, and if you are feeling a little optimistic and need for a little movement and English exercise, get your pupils moving to this cover of Bob Marley’s original - “Three little birds”
There has to be a time in the future when everything will be alright.
Exit Tickets - I was asked this week what are they and what are they used for
Exit Tickets help you assess if students have “caught what you taught” and plan for the next lesson or unit of instruction.
Here are 26 examples that use all sorts of ideas and digital tools as well.
For older pupils - 20 more
Exit Tickets can and should be used after every lesson.
Have fun creating them and receiving your pupils’ insights and reflections.
My happy corner - Smile of the week
I like to find instances that involve music / movement that make me smile.
A homeless couple were filmed by a tourist in South Africa singing. The video was uploaded and they became an immediate sensation.
Their impromptu music can be seen on their youtube channel - https://www.youtube.com/@streetwiseband9869/videos
