Thank You to Samahar Ghantous for preparing her pupils at Kammana school to sing a lovely rendition of “Heal the World” by Michael Jackson
It is really good to see so many children involved and singing in English. I can see that all the children are smiling. I am sure that all the children will remember such an event and the words for many years to come.
Learn in Tune
What is Learn in Tune and how can you join?
I am often asked what the program is? It is in Gefen, yet it is for free. What do we get if we sign up?
Here is an explanation…
When you use music in classes to enhance language acquisition you are Learning in Tune.
When you move and dance to English songs you are Learning in Tune.
When you listen to a song, learn the words and create exercises about the song you are Learning in Tune.
When you chant in English or repeat things with rhythm you are Learning in Tune.
I am sure you get the picture.
However this is not all there is. There are bi-weekly broadcasts with a wealth of information and there will be a PD development course opening up soon.
However if this is not enough - here is some more to read up on
