Nicole Raviv sings in English, Arabic and Hebrew. I took this excerpt from Wikipedia - "Kol Ha'Olam Kulo" (Hebrew: כל העולם כולו, lit. 'The Whole Entire World') is a Hebrew language song by Orthodox Jewish rabbi Baruch Chait adapted from the epigram attributed to the Hasidic rabbi Nachman of Breslov, "The whole entire world is a very narrow bridge and the main thing is to have no fear at all" (Hebrew: כל העולם כולו גשר צר מאוד והעיקר לא לפחד כלל).
This song plays over and over in my mind that we should not fear, a brighter future has to be near. And on that note - Wishing all my loyal readers a Happy Hannukah, Merry Christmas and a well deserved break for all.
Here is the same song with actions for younger children
This last week I saw this video go viral and it deserves it. Over 6 million views in a week. I am talking about the lovely relationship with 99 year old Dick van Dyke and Chris Martin from Coldplay
This is so beautifully done and the video can be shown and discussed with older pupils.
Perhaps younger pupils may know Dick van Dyke from Mary Poppins
