When you want to do something that's new, and it seems really, really hard to do, you feel like quitting. You feel you're through. Well, I have some advice for you. Don't give up.

Keep on trying. Thank you to Bruno Mars and Sesame Street for that important message.

Triple Well-Being Week

As we wrap up an exhilarating week of self-care, community, and celebration during the Triple Well-Being Week, it is essential to reflect on the positive experiences shared throughout. This week was about individual well-being and creating connections and uplifting one another—something vital in today’s busy world.

In this post, we will explore the highlights of the event, with a focus on Shavuot and uplifting tunes that inspire good vibes. So sit back, relax, and let’s celebrate the joy together!

Take a look at the various schools singing about the climate and the world. Thanks to all the schools that took part.

I am glad to say that the move to the Wix blog was without any hassle and I can finally get analytics of how many people are readers of this broadcast.

The Essence of Triple Well-Being Week

Triple Well-Being Week was an outstanding experience focusing on mental, physical, and emotional health. Participants enjoyed various activities, such as Zumba for kids, games and singing for the climate and mindfulness workshops, emphasizing the importance of holistic well-being. Take a look at Melissa Beuchler encouraging children to move to the beat.

Beyond the activities, the atmosphere radiated warmth and friendship, proving that coming together for well-being can significantly affect our happiness and sense of our pupils and teachers.

One of the highlights was dancing with DJ Raphi to "Follow the Leader"

Highlights and Success Stories

The energy was palpable as people engaged in online activities and sent proof of the activities here.

We received many good responses and comments and we are happy that the content and the TWB broadcast was enjoyed by all who took part.

The Mondly Wellbeing Competition

We are in the process of finalizing the final details and we will be inviting the winning schools to a prize giving ceremony on Zoom in the next few weeks. Look out for the messages in your email.
