Good Morning! Are we going back to regular teaching? What will be our teaching methods? After a long time in lockdown we seem to be returning to school en masse for most of us. For some of us this is rather a daunting experience and just know that you are not alone. Take each day as it comes.
1st news item of the day. The video is out and for those of you that missed the broadcast, feel free to watch it here.
Although the concert in Afula never took place, we have recorded a lesson and the songs that we were supposed to sing and this is the broadcast. A reminder that this initiative was created by Dr Tziona Levy (National Director of English Language Education) and Mr Betzalel Kuperwasser (National Director of Music Education). English teachers in the Northern districts that were part of "Shir shel Yom" program were selected to take part.
This was an amazing experience and although this public event never took place, the songs and activities were enjoye3d by teachers and pupils.
Where would we be without all humour in the Covid parodies. Here is a beautifully orchestrated one. Thanks Karen Preiss Hirshberg for sending it in.

Digital Tool of the Week https://buzzin.live/
It’s a real buzz. BuzzIn is a mobile site that creates a quick online buzzer which can be used for your online lessons. The first one to press the buzzer gets to answer the question.
Wishing you all the best of luck to all of you that are welcoming students back to school. Keep you heads up, masks on and keep singing. Without a doubt, we are making a difference.
Here’s to the beaches opening this week.
Have a great weekend and stay cool. It’s hot out there
